Group B features Yeovil Town, Grimsby Town and Belgian club Royal Racing Montegnee.
Fifteen matches will be played from Monday, July 13, to Sunday, July 19, at Appledore, Barnstaple, Bideford, Ilfracombe and Torrington.
The semi-finals will be played at Appledore's Marshford and Barum's Mill Road, with the final at the Sports Ground, Bideford.
